Quality Assurance & Testing

Our quality assurance program is supported by comprehensive physical, chemical, and pesticide-residue analyses conducted in partnership with internationally accredited laboratories in Egypt and Europe, as well as official laboratories approved by the Egyptian Ministry of Agriculture.

To further strengthen our capabilities, a state-of-the-art in-house laboratory is currently under development.

Dedicated teams of agronomists and quality inspectors oversee every stage of production, from seed selection and field monitoring to packhouse grading and pre-shipment inspections.

Our vertically integrated model provides complete traceability and quality assurance throughout the entire supply chain, from farm to final destination.

With more than 20,000 feddans under cultivation and over 3,000 containers exported annually, we deliver dependable supply programmes at scale.

Our geographically diversified production sites across northern and southern Egypt help mitigate climatic risks, extend harvest windows, and support an uninterrupted cold chain, ensuring consistent quality, prolonged shelf life, and premium arrival condition in every market.

Our packing houses are an important part of Dakahlia Agricultural Development’s export operations. Equipped with modern packing technologies and systems, they are designed to handle a wide range of products efficiently while preserving quality, freshness and shelf life.

Supported by specialized teams, advanced packing equipment and different packaging solutions, they help us maintain consistent quality, improve efficiency and meet the specific requirements of our customers.

In-house laboratory under development

Freshness, kept cold from packhouse to port.

Quality is only as good as the way it travels. From the packing line our produce moves into cold rooms and on through a temperature-controlled chain to every market.

    Packed produce is held in our cold rooms to lock in freshness and shelf life.

  2. 02Monitored temperature

    Temperature loggers travel inside the container, so every shipment arrives with its own record.

  3. 03Uninterrupted cold chain

    An unbroken cold chain protects quality, shelf life and arrival condition in every market.
