From the Finest Harvests

Long before Dakahlia Agricultural Development was established, the journey began with the Al Anani family’s passion for agriculture and the management of nearly 750 feddans of farmland. Through years of hands-on experience, they developed a clear understanding that successful agriculture goes beyond growing crops.

    Today, Dakahlia Agricultural Development manages more than 7,000 hectares of cultivated land, producing a diversified portfolio of export crops, including grapes, citrus, and potatoes.

    Our vertically integrated operating model brings together farming, packhouses, cold-chain facilities, logistics, and export operations within one integrated system, ensuring uniform product quality, full traceability, and efficient supply chain management from field to destination.

Every shipment undergoes multiple quality control checkpoints, starting with field inspections, continuing through packhouse operations, and ending with final pre-shipment verification, while complete traceability is maintained throughout the process.

Quality Assurance & Testing

Our quality assurance program is supported by comprehensive physical, chemical, and pesticide-residue analyses conducted in partnership with internationally accredited laboratories in Egypt and Europe, as well as official laboratories approved by the Egyptian Ministry of Agriculture.

To further strengthen our capabilities, a state-of-the-art in-house laboratory is currently under development.

Integrated Quality Control

Dedicated teams of agronomists and quality inspectors oversee every stage of production, from seed selection and field monitoring to packhouse grading and pre-shipment inspections.

Our vertically integrated model provides complete traceability and quality assurance throughout the entire supply chain, from farm to final destination.

Supply Reliability & Risk Management

With more than 20,000 feddans under cultivation and over 3,000 containers exported annually, we deliver dependable supply programmes at scale.

Our geographically diversified production sites across northern and southern Egypt help mitigate climatic risks, extend harvest windows, and support an uninterrupted cold chain, ensuring consistent quality, prolonged shelf life, and premium arrival condition in every market.
