Under the Pickle Tree brand, we offer a carefully selected range of premium table olives, produced from olives grown on our own farms and handled with the utmost care from harvest through packing. Each olive reflects our commitment to exceptional quality, food safety and authentic Mediterranean flavor.
Our portfolio includes the Egizi, Manzanillo and Picual varieties, each chosen for its distinctive taste, texture and suitability for international markets. The harvest season extends from October to May for Egizi, November to May for Manzanillo and December to May for Picual, providing a long and dependable supply window.

Depending on customer preferences and market requirements, the olives are prepared using traditional salt curing, brine curing or the Spanish-style method.
Standards: Available whole, pitted or sliced to meet a wide range of applications, and produced in accordance with the highest technical and food-safety standards. Packed in 150 kg drums, with up to 84 drums per 40-foot container.
